国家一级美术师，原成都画院院长，受业于四川美术学院、四川省文联委员、四川省美术家协会理事、四川省书法家协会副主席、中国书法家协会会员 、四川省国际文化交流中心理事 、四川大学文化艺术学校教授 、成都市文联副主席 、成都市书法家协会主席、成都市政协委员、成都市海外交流协会理事、成都市广告协会顾问 。
·1995年作品参加在美国络杉机由六过十五人组成的《墨的艺术--95年国际现代书法展》和《第一届中韩书法交流展》。日本《书道》杂志二月发表《侯开嘉-现代中国人物介绍（十四）》专题文章。收入辞书《世界华人艺术家成就博览大典》
·1998年香港美术出版社出版的《世界美术家传》和《世界美术集》。
·1998年中国国际广播出版社出版的《中华人物辞海当代文化卷》第一卷续集一书.
·1998年中国新世界出版社出版的《中国历代书法家大辞典》等.
He Jidu was born in Chongqing Municipanity in 1939. In his early years, he taught in Fine Art College of Sichuan. Now, he is the presendent of Chengdu Painting Academy, a senior painter,the vice chairman of the Federation of Literature and Art of Chengdu, the vice chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Calligraphers‘ Association, the committee member of the Federation of Literature and Art of Sichuan, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers‘ Association, the chairman of the Calligraphers‘ Association of Chengdu, a council member of Sichuan Provincial Artists Association, a council member of the International Cultural Exchange Center of Sichuan, a counsultant of the Advertisement Association of Chengdu, a concurrently professor of College of Culture and Art, Sichuan Union University. He is granted the govermental subsidy.He was very fond of liteature and art in his childhood. His calligraphy works and paintings have been exhibited for many times concurrently professor of College of Culture and at home and abroad.They were published in newspapers and magzines, and collected by museums and fine art halls. In 1984, he took part in "eight People Paintings Exhibition" held by Sichuan Provincial Artists Association.
In 1990, he held "He Jidu‘s Calligraphy Works and Paintings Exhibition" in Malaysia. In 1992, he held paintings exhibitions in Belgium. In 1994, he held personal paintings exhibitions in Hongkong. In 1986, his works was collected by the Chinese Culture Center in Los Angeles, U.S.A.In 1990, his chinese-painting, In the Morning, was choosen in "the Chinese Arts Exhibition of Hongkong". In 1992, his watercolor painting,Qonghai Sea , won the excellent prize of Sichuan Provincial Fine Arts works. And his chinese-painting, First Rays of the Morning Sun, won the honoral prize of "the International Chinese-Painting Match of Hongkong".
