畫家廖文潭先生簡歷
1963年生於台中，現為綠竹畫會指導顧問，台灣陶瓷刻畫協會理事，北京金輝鴻書畫院常務副院長兼高級藝術顧問及教授、北京人民畫院副院長、四川巴蜀書畫研究院副院長兼高級藝術顧問，並為專業畫家及美術教授。曾任日本文化藝術聯盟台灣副總會長，台灣墨緣畫會會員。
十二歲始習中國水墨畫，十六歲學西畫，20歲首次個展，至今個人畫展二十餘次。
獲獎：全國美展、全省美展、台北市美展、高雄市美展、南瀛美展、中部美展、全國青年學生書畫比賽美展、台中縣美術家薪傳獎，台中縣美展邀請畫家。
作品廣受台灣公家機關及個人收藏，國外收藏遍及南非、加拿大、日本、馬來西亞、大陸、英國、美國、香港、澳門、伊朗。現為跨國企業經紀代理畫家，專業中國水墨畫、油畫、雕塑創作。


Biographical Notes of Painting Artist, Mr. Wen-tan LIAO

Mr. Liao was born in Taichung County, Taiwan in 1963. Now he is the advisor of Green Bamboo Painting Association , the Director of Taiwan Pottery and Porcelain Engraving Painting Association , Executive Vice Dean of Beijing Jin Hui Hong Calligraphy and Painting College and its senior art advisor and professor, Vice Dean of Beijing People’s Painting College , Vice Dean and the senior art advisor of Szechwan Ba Shu Calligraphy and Painting Institute . Besides, he is a professional painter and a fine arts professor. He had been a Taiwan Vice Chairman of Japanese Culture and Arts Alliance, and a member of Taiwan Ink-love Painting Association.

At the age of 12 he began to learn Chinese Ink-wash painting. At the age of 16, he learned Western painting. When he was 20 years old, he held a personal art exhibition for the first time in his life. By now he has held more than 20 personal art exhibitions.

Now he is a painter’s broker of a multinational corporation, and is specializing in Chinese ink-wash paintings, oil paintings and sculpture.
